Erin did a fantastic job as our realtor in our home sale. I gladly recommend her with 5 stars!! She used a formulaic approach to determine the actual market valuation of a property. Same day available data was used to really hone in on what is the best market price. Her photographer was incredibly professional. The marketing package that was created was stunning and essential in showing the home in it's best possible light. Once we had multiple offers come in on the first weekend, Erin was fantastic at presenting them to us all at once, and helped us make the best choice for our situation. The back and forth between us and the buyers was handled promptly, and Erin always represented things professionally. I would definitely use Erin Flasch again if the opportunity comes up.
